Probably worth looking at (just as a “context booster”) any time you join a new company. The details of how obsessive he got were very interesting to me. Marked low appreciation only because I personally felt it's a bit too... transactional (sociopathic?), but I guess it's useful (and I probably implicitly do some of this).
