TLDR
Moving fast has the obvious goal of getting more work done, but the more important thiing is you process information more quickly and get more opportunities overall (to work on different things, to improve, etc.).

Wonderful curation of snippets, and the comment section is great. Moving with urgency does so much for you because progress can commpound.

  • Reminds me of quote from Sam Altman's How To Be Successful :

    Once you have figured out what to do, be unstoppable about getting your small handful of priorities accomplished quickly. I have yet to meet a slow-moving person who is very successful.

That means that moving quickly is an advantage that compounds. Being twice as fast doesn’t just double your output; it doubles the growth rate of your output. Over time, that makes an enormous difference.
